How to Purchase

For Individual Purchases

Federal Management Institute has an easy to use online registration and payment system. Simply browse our catalog, select the course(s) of choice, add them to the shopping cart and purchase online with your credit card.

If desired, you may also contact our Customer Service team to purchase at: customerservice@federalmanagementinstitute.com, or you may call Customer Service at: 877.301 2364 to register for the program of your choice.

For classroom-based learning programs, blended learning programs, and virtual classes, we recommend you register early to guarantee your place in the class of your choice as class sizes are limited.

For Group Registration / Prepayment Account

In order to establish a prepayment account or to register a group, please contact our customer service team at: customerservice@federalmanagementinstitute.com, or you may call Customer Service at: 877.301 2364, and we will assist you with setting up a unique billing ID to be used as a reference number for registrations.

Advance Payment of Training-Related Expenses: Federal departments and agencies have the authority to authorize advance payment of training-related expenses such as tuition, per diem, travel, and other expenses essential to training. Additional information and guidance is found at 31 U.S.C. §3324 (1997), 5 U.S.C. §4109(a)(2) (1997), and 41 Comp. Gen. 626 (1962).

Registration Confirmation

If you purchase online, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within minutes and we will send you a link to your own Student Page that will have all the course details and schedule(s) if applicable. If a program is full, or has been rescheduled, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. If you purchase from our customer service team, they will send you a confirmation via e-mail or via the U.S. Postal Mail Service.
