Summary:
The Federal Supervisory Skills course is designed to help supervisors and managers acquire the skills they need to make effective Human Resource Management decisions and support the Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework (HCAAF). The course provides the knowledge and skills-base necessary to establish a solid foundation in making human resource management decisions and supports Federal managers and supervisors in meeting critical human resource management competencies. The design includes a wide variety of instructional techniques designed to maximize adult learning including mini lectures, group discussions and activities, role-plays, simulations, case studies, videos, and individual and team action planning.

Cancellation Policy:
Course cancellation requests received 14 or more days prior to the class start date will be given a refund of the class fee minus a $50 cancellation fee. Course cancellation requests received less than 14 days prior to the class start date, will be charged the full course fee or a course substitution may be made. Attendee substitutions will be permitted up to the class start date.
